Prior to joining ASIC, he was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at the Australian Stock Exchange from 2004 to 2006. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Partner at the commercial law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques between 1992 and 2004.[1]
