The Trustees shall from time to time pay or apply or allocate the whole free income or annual, produce of the trust estate and may at any time and from time to time pay or apply the whole or any portion or portions of the capital of the trust estate to or for behoof of all or such one or more of the beneficiaries, for the time being in existence exclusive of the others or other of them as the Trustees may select and that in such shares and proportions if more than one and in such way and manner and subject to such provisions, limitations, conditions and qualifications as the Trustees in their absolute discretion may think fit; Declaring (one) that without prejudice to the foregoing generality the Trustees may exercise the powers hereby conferred upon them (a) in making payments for the suitable maintenance, education and upbringing of any individual beneficiary or the insurance, commutation or prepayment of the cost of his or her education at School, University and/or elsewhere (b) in making payment of any premium or premiums, whether single annual or otherwise on any policy or policies of assurance on the life of any individual beneficiary which may be effected by the Trustees in their own name or in name of such beneficiary or in purchasing, acquiring or effecting any reversionary or deferred property or rights of any description or any life or life endowment or sinking-fund or term or other policy or policies of assurance of whatsoever nature and at or subject to any premium or premiums whether single or payable periodically and with or subject to any options, rights, benefits, conditions or provisions whatsoever With power to the Trustees to surrender, convert or otherwise deal with any such policies, property or rights as they in their sole discretion may think fit.
