World Vision UK (World Vision Uk, Companies House number 01675552) was a supplier on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) frameworks of 2015 and 2018. Companies House records it as incorporated on 3 November 1982, status "Active", nature of business "88990 - Other social work activities without accommodation not elsewhere classified", with registered office at World Vision House, Opal Drive, Fox Milne, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK15 0ZR.[1][2] FCO and FCDO payments to it over £25,000 recorded in published departmental spending data total about £7,371,679; these figures cover all FCO/FCDO (and, after September 2020, former Department for International Development) programmes and are not limited to the CSSF.[3]

CSSF and other UK government work

A 2016 FCO expression-of-interest document for a CSSF "MENA Strategic Comms: Countering DAESH Propaganda" call-off lists World Vision among the suppliers on the CSSF Lot 2 framework. The document was published online in 2020 among files that the hacker group Anonymous said came from the FCO. (On the later 2023–27 framework, the names of Lot 2 suppliers were redacted on national-security grounds.)[4] Tussell's supplier list for the FCO's 2015 CSSF framework, which is based on the official award notice, independently records World Vision UK as a supplier.[5] Tussell also lists World Vision UK among the 103 suppliers on the 2018 CSSF framework re-tender.[6] Caucasian Knot reported in April 2015 that World Vision was among the organisations presenting peace projects in Tbilisi as British embassies in Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan invited funding applications from the CSSF.[7] The payments below combine several World Vision entities.
