Triple Line Consulting (Triple Line Consulting Ltd., Companies House number 03788027) is a contractor to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) under the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). Companies House records it as incorporated on 11 June 1999, status "Active", nature of business "70229 - Management consultancy activities other than financial management", with registered office at Tintagel House, 92 Albert Embankment, London, London, England, SE1 7TY.[1][2] It is a named supplier on Lot 1 of the CSSF Framework Agreement 2023–27.[3] FCO and FCDO payments to it over £25,000 recorded in published departmental spending data total about £990,315; these figures cover all FCO/FCDO (and, after September 2020, former Department for International Development) programmes and are not limited to the CSSF.[4]
CSSF and other UK government work
Triple Line says it helped the FCO "understand and communicate the results achieved by the UK Commonwealth 18-20 Fund", the £70 million fund set up after the 2018 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London, with the FCDO named as client.[5] It also produced the independent evaluation of Creating Hope in Conflict (2018–22), a humanitarian grand challenge backed by UK aid among others.[6]
