Timothy S D Pile

Chairman of the Fundraising & Marketing Advisory Committee of the Cancer Research UK. He is currently CEO of Cogent Elliott Group, a marketing consultancy. Previously he was Chief Executive Officer of Sainsbury's Bank. From 1996 to 2001 Pile was with the Alliance and Leicester Group as Business Strategy & Marketing Director. He worked for Lloyds TSB as Marketing Director between 1992 and 1996. He is on various Marketing and industry bodies and is an Honorary Senior Fellow of Birmingham Business School and a Governor of Bromsgrove School.
