Tessa Blackstone
Baroness Tessa Ann Vosper Blackstone (born 27 September 1942, Bures, Suffolk) is a Labour peer in the House of Lords. She served in the Labour Government successively as Minister of State for Education and Employment (1997-2001) and Minister of State for the Arts (2001-2003).[1]
