Stephen Phillips QC is a Conservative politician who has been the MP of Sleaford and North Hykeham since 2010.
He is also a trained barrister and a member of the Queen's Counsel.

Phillips won his seat by obtaining 51.6 percent of the vote, beating David Harding-Price of the Liberal Democrats and Labour's James Normington.[1]
