Road to Copenhagen is the UK government's official ambitions and strategy in the run up to Copenhagen. The Road to Copenhagen document (and pamphlets which were widely distributed) was launched alongside Act on Copenhagen in June 2009.[1]

NUS collaboration

The National Union of Students and Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) have launched an interactive website which aims to produce a 'democratic' and 'shared vision' to bring to Copenhagen. Students can add ideas to existing texts or generate their own texts on the areas of Mitigation, Adaptation, Forestry, Technology, Finance, and Governance which will be voted on before 5th December 2009.

NGOs such as World Wildlife Fund and Save the Children have also contributed alongside DECC itself. The final Vision will be published on 5 December as part of the Stop Climate Chaos march, and presented to Ed Miliband ahead of his departure for the Copenhagen negotiations in December.[2]
