Raymond Collins (Lord Collins of Highbury) is a Labour peer who joined the House of Lords on the 20 January 2011.

During an investigation by the Wall Street Journal on interests held by members of the House of Lords, Collins said "The work I do as a consultant, as you will note, relates to advising on the development of value added products for membership organisations to aid recruitment and retention," and added "I am also a volunteer chair of a credit union that seeks to address the issues of financial exclusion. All of these activities are regulated."[2]
