Publicis consultants is a lobbying and PR firm based in Brussels and London and owned by Publicis Groupe. It is the successor body to the following lobby firms in order: Rowland Public Affairs/Sallingbury Casey, Rowland Sallingbury Casey and Rowland Communications. All of the aforementioned were part of The Rowland Company.
