Penny Boys is the former executive director of the Office of Fair Trading and the current non-executive director of Ofwat.
Career
Boys has worked at the Treasury, the Office of Fair Trading, the former Department of Energy, was seconded to the British National Oil Corporation, chief executive of the Competition Commission, the first deputy director general at the office of Electricity Regulation and head of personnel at the Department of Trade and Industry.
She is currently a non-executive director of Ofwat.[1]
