Neil Davidson (Lord Davidson of Glen Clova) is a life peer in the House of Lords. He became a Labour Party member of the Lords in March 2006.

Noted by ACOBA who saw "no reason why he should not return to legal practice and the Scottish Bar as advocate/Queen's Counsel, on the basis that he would stand aside from dealing with any matter about which he had confidential or privileged information acquired while he was Advocate General of Scotland".
