Mike Birtwistle is a founding partner at health, social care and communications consultancy Incisive Health.[1]
Birtwistle and fellow Incisive founding partners, Sarah Winstone and Bill Morgan were all part of MHP Communications health team. Morgan is also a former special policy adviser to the then haelth secretary Andrew Lansley.[2]
