Controversies and conflicts
- Dalaid inquiry: The Charity Commission opened a statutory inquiry into Dalaid in 2023 (announced 18 August 2023) into potential misconduct or mismanagement, including whether the trustees "can fully account for the charity's funds". An Interim Manager was later appointed. The inquiry has not reported. Companies House records Maurice Levenson as a director of Dalaid from 17 March 1997 to 26 July 2024, and Third Sector named him as Dalaid's chair and as a trustee of the Schwarzschild Foundation, which was put under inquiry at the same time.[10][11]
