- In October 2017 Jonathan Fagleman and Isaac Stefansky took over State Fayre (State Fayre Ltd), Greater Manchester's oldest and largest kosher bakery, which was founded in 1905. The purchase was backed by £343,000 of NatWest funding.[7]
