Geneva-based international peacebuilding organisation; CSSF framework supplier

Interpeace

Location Geneva, Switzerland

Interpeace was a supplier on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) frameworks of 2015 and 2018. FCO and FCDO payments to it over £25,000 recorded in published departmental spending data total about £3,829,687; these figures cover all FCO/FCDO (and, after September 2020, former Department for International Development) programmes and are not limited to the CSSF.[1]

CSSF and other UK government work

A 2016 FCO expression-of-interest document for a CSSF "MENA Strategic Comms: Countering DAESH Propaganda" call-off lists Interpeace among the suppliers on the CSSF Lot 2 framework. The document was published online in 2020 among files that the hacker group Anonymous said came from the FCO. (On the later 2023–27 framework, the names of Lot 2 suppliers were redacted on national-security grounds.)[2] Tussell's supplier list for the FCO's 2015 CSSF framework, which is based on the official award notice, independently records Interpeace as a supplier.[3] Tussell also lists Interpeace among the 103 suppliers on the 2018 CSSF framework re-tender.[4] Interpeace's 2022 financial statements list income from "The United Kingdom" of US$513,253 that year.[5] FCO/FCDO payments to it total about £3.83m between 2013 and 2022 (see below).
