The Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (ISR Group) is a formation described on a British Army page that remains live. According to that page, the Group "will command the Army’s miniature UAS, tactical UAS, counter-intelligence and reach back intelligence capabilities, the Specialist Group Military Intelligence and the Land Intelligence Fusion Centre. It will also command the Land Image Intelligence Company, a pool of experts who will deliver image analysis for all the Army’s image collection platforms."[1]
The Army's current Land Forces Troops page places the Specialist Group Military Intelligence, the Land Intelligence Fusion Centre, and 2 and 3 Military Intelligence Battalions under the Understand Group rather than under the ISR Group.[2] No official source found states when the Understand Group was formed or how it relates to the ISR Group.
