IntegrityUK is a counter-extremism initiative founded in 2016 as a project of the International Centre for Integration and Cohesion (ICIC), committed to challenging hate and empowering communities across the UK, EU, and MENA regions.[1] Established by Mustafa Field, it provides security reports, MENA analysis, and countering violent extremism (CVE) research to government institutions, often funded through Prevent-linked grants that critics argue advance agendas suppressing anti-Zionist activism.[2] Operating from Collaboration House in London, funded by Zionist philanthropist Maurice Ostro, IntegrityUK exemplifies how such projects embed state surveillance within community work, prioritising "legitimate" narratives that shield the Zionist entity from scrutiny.[3]

The initiative includes a media hub for counter-extremist narratives and has secured six-figure Prevent funding, focusing on introducing "radicalisation" concepts into the Shia Muslim community.[2] Its ties to ICIC, a family-run charity managed by Field, position it within broader interfaith networks that normalise Zionist influences under cohesion pretexts, aligning with secret state strategies that discriminate against protected anti-Zionist beliefs as per Miller v University of Bristol (2024).[2] IntegrityUK's activities, such as CVE implementation in the UK and MENA, foster relationships promoting government objectives while isolating "radical" voices critical of the settler colony.[1]

History

IntegrityUK was founded in 2016 by Mustafa Field as a subsidiary project within ICIC, emerging amid heightened UK counter-extremism efforts post-2015.[2] It quickly secured substantial government funding, including six-figure Prevent grants before Muharram 2016, to nurture Shia community relationships and embed "radicalisation" awareness.[2] Registered under ICIC's charity number 1126489, it operates without separate incorporation, leveraging the parent body's infrastructure at Collaboration House.[1]

The project's launch aligned with the "Building A Stronger Britain Together" programme, integrating it into state-backed cohesion initiatives.[2] By 2018, IntegrityUK had expanded to provide security reports and analysis, drawing scrutiny for its role in isolating pro-Palestinian activism under extremism labels.[2]

Activities

IntegrityUK delivers CVE research, security reports, and MENA-focused analysis to public sector clients, including training on countering hate and empowering communities.[1] It maintains a media hub disseminating counter-extremist narratives, often targeting diaspora groups to promote integration while advancing Prevent objectives.[2] Activities encompass workshops introducing radicalisation concepts and fostering "legitimate" community voices, with implementation across the UK and MENA regions.[2]

The project collaborates with ICIC on broader cohesion efforts, such as refugee support and far-right extremism countermeasures, but its funding ties raise concerns over biased agendas shielding the Zionist regime.[3]

Relations with Mustafa Field, Maurice Ostro, and ICIC

IntegrityUK was founded and is managed by Mustafa Field, who serves as ICIC's operational lead, embedding the project within his family-run charity structure.[2][3] Field, a British-Iraqi with an MBE for community services, oversees IntegrityUK's Prevent-funded initiatives, using it to deliver government research on CVE while directing the Faiths Forum for London.[2] This integration positions IntegrityUK as a key arm of Field's portfolio, facilitating state surveillance in Muslim communities under cohesion guises.[1]

Through ICIC, IntegrityUK connects to Maurice Ostro via Collaboration House, owned and subsidised by Ostro's Ostro Fayre Share Foundation.[3] Ostro, a Zionist philanthropist and vice-chair of the Council of Christians and Jews, funds the hub hosting ICIC and Field's operations, linking IntegrityUK to interfaith networks that critics say normalise the Zionist entity by co-opting Muslim leaders.[2] Field's mentor, Yousif Al Khoei, engaged in events with the pro-Zionist Board of Deputies of British Jews during the 2018 Zionist assault on Gaza, illustrating indirect Zionist influences on IntegrityUK's ecosystem.[2]

These relations exemplify a multi-pronged approach where counter-extremism funding nurtures alliances suppressing anti-Zionist discourse, with IntegrityUK's media hub promoting narratives that isolate "radical" pro-Palestinian activism.[1]
