CSSF/ISF and other UK government work
HI UK's 2024 annual report says "a significant proportion" of its funding comes from institutional donors, "principally" the FCDO. It says the 2020–21 aid cuts "have already resulted in a significant reduction in institutional income" and that further cuts were announced in February 2025. It also notes that "many of our current contracts with the FCDO are commercial contracts" with payment conditional on performance.[5]
