AT EDINBURGH the Thirty first day of August Nineteen hundred and sixty the Deed hereinafter reproduced was presented for registration in the Books of the Lords of Council and session for preservation and is registered in the said Books as follows:-

WE, Ephraim Goldberg, residing at Five Hamilton Avenue, Glasgow S.1., and Michael Goldberg, reciding et One hundred and forty Tour Terregles Avenue, Glasgow, S.I., being desirous of creating a trist tor charitable purposes DO HEREBY NOMINATE AND APPOINT ourselves the said Ephraim Goldberg and Michael Goldberg, Ars. Clarisse Goldberg. Five Hamilton Arenue, Glasgow aforesaid, Mrs. Irene Malca Goldberg, One hundred and forty four Terregles Avenue, Glasgow aforesaid, Andrew Lothian, Solicitor, two hundred and forty one St. Vincent Street, Glasgow and William Brown Hendry A,C.I.S. Ten Hamilton Drive, Giffnock, as Trustees for the purposes hereinafter set forth. And we assign, dispone and convey to then as trustees for such purposes the investments specified in the schedule annexed and signed us relative hereto.[2]
