One of IPN’s aims is to concentrate on a health programme which develops practical solutions to global health issues and raises awareness and encourages discussion of the role of market institutions in improving health. This health programme has been raising awareness by their blogs, opinions articles, publications and through the media. This programme addresses many issues of which are often very difficult such as the impact of regulations on modern technologies that can improve health and nutrition, neglected diseases, taxes and tariffs and access to medicines and obstacles to curtailing the spread of infectious diseases. " A lot of time and money has been spent by international agencies and governments to try and improve these health issues but these however have not been very successful and have cost many lives. '
