Franz B. Humer

Franz Humer is chairman of Roche. At the end of June 2008 he replaced James Blyth as Diageo Chairman of its board, [1] having been a non-executive director since 2005. He was formerly chief operating director of Glaxo Holdings plc and has held a number of other non-executive directorships. In 2010 he resigned as a non-executive director of Allianz Versicherungs AG in Germany.[2]
