Entitle is an Israeli cyber-security company founded in 2021 by Ron Nissim (CEO) and Avi Zetser (CTO). It sells software that discovers, manages and automates temporary ("just-in-time") access permissions to cloud resources. BeyondTrust agreed to buy it in April 2024. Ctech put the price at $100–150 million.[1] Globes reported that BeyondTrust would pay "nearly $150 million".[2]
Founders
Ctech reported that Entitle was "Founded in 2021 by two former members of the Israel Defense Force’s renowned Unit 8200, CEO Ron Nissim and CTO Avi Zetser".[1] Globes described the two as "veterans of the IDF 8200 intelligence unit".[2] Entitle is also listed among the alumni of the 8200 EISP accelerator run by the 8200 Alumni Association.[3]
