Dorothy Zolkwer (born 1940, Pollok - died 2016 aged 76, Glasgow Martha Street) (nee Lewis, mothers' maiden name was Links) was a Glasgow based Zionist activist.[1]
- She was listed in 1992 as the Hon Sec of the Glasgow Zionist Central Council and as the 'Admin' of the Glasgow Jewish Resource Centre an organisation which appears to have been renamed as the Chaim Bermant Library around 1997.
- In 2002 she was listed as the Administrator of the Chaim Bermant Library, based at 222 Fenwick Road.
- In 2011 she was associated with the Scottish WIZO Council.
Dorothy Lewis married Maurice Leon Zolkwer in 1960 in Cathcart (Glasgow). Her mother was Nora Lewis (b 1914, formerly Nettie, nee Links, mother's maiden name Weiner,[2] the daughter of Abraham Mordechai Links) who married David Lewis (b 1901) in 1937 in Blythswood.)
