Concordis International (Concordis International Trust, Companies House number 04930461) is a contractor to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) under the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). Overview
The Charity Commission decided in July 2004 that Concordis International Trust, a company limited by guarantee, "is established for exclusively charitable purposes" and should be registered.[5]
CSSF and other UK government work
FCO payments to Concordis over £25,000 are recorded between 2013 and 2016 (see below). Its later Abyei peacebuilding work has been funded by other donors: Global Affairs Canada announced $1.48m (2021–23) for a Concordis project promoting "social cohesion, peaceful seasonal cattle movements and trade in Abyei",[6] and Concordis's own Abyei page describes its current work there as "co-funded by the European Union".[7]
