Commonwealth Bank of Australia
Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) is Australia's largest bank by market capitalisation, and the second largest company on the Australian Securities Exchange, that offers services in personal banking, business solutions, institutional banking, company information, and shareholder information. It was founded in 1911 as a government bank, became a public company in 1991, and fully privatised in 1996.

Fergus D. Ryan, a member of the Board since 2000 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Risk Committee. Until 2002, he was Strategic Investment Co-ordinator and Major Projects Facilitator for the Commonwealth Government.[1]
