Chris Fisher (Christopher John Fisher, born October 1975) is a British consultant and a co-founder of Talisman International, a management-consultancy that is a supplier on the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) framework. He is a director and equal owner of the company with the former diplomat Chris O'Connor.[1][2]
Background
Talisman states that Fisher has "a wealth of experience at the strategic and operational level within the UK MOD, including as a UK Special Forces commander in Afghanistan and Director of Strategic Leadership at the UK Defence Academy", and that he "acted as a senior advisor to the UN's Ebola Response". These are the company's own descriptions and have not been independently confirmed. He uses the post-nominal MBE; this has not been verified against the London Gazette.[2]
Talisman International
Companies House records Fisher as a director and person with significant control of Talisman International Limited (company number 13811024) from 21 December 2021, giving his date of birth as October 1975 and his place of residence as England.[1] He and Chris O'Connor were previously designated members of the predecessor partnership Talisman Group LLP (OC431367).[1] Talisman is a supplier on Lots 1 and 3 of the 2023–27 CSSF framework.[3]
