It is the corporate vehicle for the Manchester Vizhnitz (Wiznitz) girls’ school of the same address, Bnos Margulis Viznitz Girls' School (URN 147366). The company was incorporated on 2 August 2019; the Department for Education registered the school on 9 October 2019.[1][3]
Directory listings give the charity telephone as 0161 792 6241 and email ymerlin@gmail.com. GIAS and Ofsted name Yitschak Elisha Merlin as the school’s proprietor (an individual). Ofsted (2023) named Rivka Jung as headteacher; GIAS lists Bayla Brand.[4] A separately incorporated Bnos Margulis Ltd (10817549) existed earlier in Salford with Merlin as director and person of significant control; it was dissolved by compulsory strike-off in November 2019 after Merlin’s appointment as director was terminated in February 2019.[5]

Bnos Margulis Wiznitz’s published Commission summary does not list overseas operations; its published spend is the Salford school.
Vizhnitz in Israel remains inside Agudat Yisrael / United Torah Judaism and the Haredi housing market, including towns over the Green Line. That political geography is the court’s, not a line item in this charity’s 2025 return.
