Vicky Bailey[1]

Vicky Bailey was a non-Executive Director at Scottish Power from 2003 until 2006. She was also a member of the board of Equitable Resources, Inc., and prior to founding Anderson Stratton International, Bailey was a partner at the Washington, D.C. firm Johnston & Associates. She also has served as Assistant Secretary for Policy and International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy; President of Cinergy/PSI Energy, Inc.; and Commissioner for the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Early in her career, Bailey served as a Commissioner for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and an Administrator with the Indiana University School of Medicine. [2]
