Vicky Bailey[1]

Vicky Bailey was a non-Executive Director at Scottish Power from 2003 (when it was looking to expand its U.S. business) until 2006. Prior to founding Anderson Stratton International (“which advises clients on federal affairs, energy, environment, defense, and private equity.”), Bailey was a partner at the Washington, D.C. firm Johnston & Associates. She also has served as Assistant Secretary for Policy and International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy until 2004; President of Cinergy/PSI Energy, Inc.; and Commissioner for the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Early in her career, Bailey served as a Commissioner for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and an Administrator with the Indiana University School of Medicine. [2]

Vicky also served on the boards of Equitable Supply, the largest natural-gas producer in the Appalachian basin; and Cheniere Energy, a Houston-based company with operations along the Gulf Coast. [3]
