Simon Haselock is co-founder and Director of Albany Associates and has been described as a pioneer in media intervention in post-conflict countries[1].


Simon was the Deputy High Representative for Media Affairs in the Office of The High Representative (OHR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As Temporary Media Commissioner in Kosovo he was responsible for the regulation of both the print and broadcast media and also began the process of building the legal structure and ethical environment necessary for the new independent media in Kosovo. He then served as the Director of Public Information for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK)[2].
