Rocco Forte is a multi-millionaire hotelier and has been a donor to the Conservative Party[1] since at least the early nineties. He also gives financial backing to the Taxpayers' Alliance.[2]

As of April 2016, the Electoral Commission had registered Forte as having donated £12,000 to the Vote Leave campaign, the lead group in persuading British voters to leave the European Union in June's referendum. [3]
