Peter Fisher (Financial Services Authority)

Peter Fisher joined the Financial Services Authority Board in January 2007. He is currently a Managing Director of BlackRock, Inc., and Chairman of BlackRock Asia.

Previously Peter served as Under Secretary for Domestic Finance, US Department of Treasury and as Executive Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Peter is also a member of the Board of the Episcopal Church Foundation in New York and serves as a member of the Strategic Committee of Agence France Tresor in Paris. Peter graduated from Harvard Law School in 1985.[1]
