Paul Holmes was a member of parliament (MP) for the Liberal Democrats. He represented the constituency for Chesterfield. He entered Parliament in the June 2001 General Election with a majority of 3,045 votes.[1]

Holmes stood again in the 2010 election but left Parliament on 12 May 2010.[2]
