Julian Knapp is Deputy Director, Communications at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Prague.[1]He was formerly with the Aspen Institute Berlin for three years and in 2007 attended the Democracy & Security International Conference where he was listed as a 'political consultant' from the UK.[2]

According to a biographical note formerly on the website of the Aspen Institute Berlin, Knapp 'joined Aspen in 2003 after completing his university studies in the United Kingdom.' Later notes on the same site state that he left Aspen 'at the end of April' 2007. 'After over three years of service as a Program Officer and as the Director of Programs, Julian has moved to London in pursuit of new challenges', it noted.[3]
