John Derek Taylor, Baron Taylor of Holbeach, CBE (born 12 November 1943) is a British Conservative politician and Lord in Waiting.[1] In the Conservative/LibDem government elected in 2010 he was appointed Conservative Environment, Food and Rural Affairs spokesperson in the Lords;[2] Government Spokesperson, Cabinet Office and Departments of Communities and Local Government and Energy and Climate Change; and Government Whip.[3]
