John Bacon is the chair of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Career

Bacon joined the NHS in 1983, holding a number of senior posts at a regional level and within the Department of Health, most recently Director of Service Delivery, 2003-2006.[1]

He was also on the panel for an investigation into the role Jimmy Savile played at Broadmoor Hospital, commissioned by the Board of West London Mental Health NHS Trust and the Department of Health.[2]
