Jean-Pierre Filiu, a professor in political science at Paris' Institut d'Etudes Politiques is a French terrorologist and the author of the book "Les Frontieres du Jihad" (The Boundaries of Jihad).[1] He is one of the few people who have made references to an alleged organization called the Global Islamic Media Front. He claims it was 'established in 2003', although there are no references to it in the media prior to 7 August 2005.
