Informinc (Company number 03312266) was a publishing company which was the vehicle for the publication of LM magazine on its name change from Living Marxism in early 1997. The company was incorporated at Companies House on 29 January 1997.[1] The directors of the company made an application to wind up Informinc in April 2000 after LM lost a libel action against ITN.[2] The company was finally dissolved some four years later on 21 April 2004.[3]
