Graham McMillan is CEO and founder of Open Road and former head of lobbying at Fishburn Hedges.

Career

McMillan was account manager at Westminster Strategy between 1990 and 1994.

For 13 years he was head of public affairs at Fishburn Hedges, before, in January 2007, starting up his own lobbying firm; Open Road[1]. In 2014, Blue Rubicon bought Open Road, and McMillan also joined Blue Rubicon’s management board[2]
