Georgetown Security Studies Review was founded in December 2012. The peer- reviewed academic journal, initially called Global Security Studies Review, is an official review of Georgetown University's Security Studies Program, the academic pillar of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service’s Center for Security Studies. [1] The review in addition to full length peer-reviewed articles, also publishes literature reviews and letters to and from the editor.
