According to the UK Charity Commission, the charity exists to provide support to the Mekor Chaim yeshiva.[1] The yeshiva is based in the illegal settlement of Kfar Etzion in the occupied West Bank.[2] [3]

Grynhaus received mention in the British press in July 2010 when his son, Todros Grynhaus was jailed for thirteen years for the molestation of two teenage girls.[4]
