Bruce P. Jackson President of the Project on Transitional Democracies. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Institute for Strategic Studies. He is on the Board of Advisors of the Center for Security Policy. He is the President of the U.S. Committee on NATO. Past experience includes: US Army intelligence (1979-1990), Office of the Secretary of Defense (1986-1990), chief strategist of proprietary trade operations at Lehman Brothers (1990-1993), high level management positions at Martin Marietta and Lockheed Corporation (1993-1999?).[1]
