Brian Mackenzie was given the title of (Lord Mackenzie of Framwellgate) when he was made a life peer in the House of Lords in July 1998. [1] Mackenzie is a Labour Party member in the Lords.

Mackenzie was appointed OBE in the 1998 New Years Honours for services to the Police Service and the Police Superintendents’ Association of England and Wales.
