Andrew James Rathmell (born 20 October 1966) is a British security consultant and former academic. He is currently a director at the corporate security and 'stabilisation' consultancy Libra Advisory Group.

Education

Rathmell holds a PhD from London University and an MA from Balliol College Oxford. He also studied at George Washington University and in Damascus.[1]

Career
