Richard Allen (Chinook crash victim)
Major Richard Allen was one of 25 people killed in the 1994 Mull of Kintyre Chinook crash. Originally of the Royal Gloucester, Berkshire & Wiltshire Regiment), he was serving in HQ Northern Ireland at the time of his death.[1]
