Charles McCullough

Sir Charles McCullough was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge. He was called to the Bar in 1956 and took Silk in 1971. He served as a Judge of the High Court, Queen's Bench Division, from 1981 to 1998. In 1998, he was appointed a Surveillance Commissioner.[1]
