Dr Lisa Woolhouse calls herself an "independent" energy consultant. She is co-author with Ian Fells of the book "Global Warming: A Guide to Market-based Controls on the Energy Sector," published in 1996.
Woolhouse is quoted by SONE has taken the lid further off the Government’s Energy White Paper (EWP),supplying chapter and verse. In a presentationin the House of Commons, reported in BNFLWorld, she said a 60% reduction in CO 2emissions by 2050 implied a cut of 83mtCarbon on the estimated pollution of 145mtCby then.
