Anonymous for Justice (styled "Anonymous For Justice") is a hacking group that in April 2024 released documents taken from Israel's Ministry of Justice. Distributed Denial of Secrets (DDoSecrets) later published them as a searchable dataset.[1]

Ministry of Justice leak

DDoSecrets describes the release as "Documents from the Israel Ministry of Justice released April 2024 by Anonymous For Justice". It says the 245 GB dataset contains 800,000 emails, over 700,000 image files, 200,000 documents and thousands of spreadsheets and presentations. It tags the set "Cyberwar" and "Allegations of State Sponsorship". DDoSecrets quotes the Israeli National Cyber Directorate as telling Haaretz that an investigation had been opened and a gag order imposed "on details of the investigation as well as on the information that was taken". It adds that Telegram channels sharing the data were shut down.[1]

Reporting based on the files has included the European Investigative Collaborations "Israel Files" series, Mediapart, The New Arab and The Breach.[1] Documents in the set include a January 2018 request by the Ministry of Strategic Affairs and Public Diplomacy to hire a US law firm to advise on the Foreign Agents Registration Act.[2] See Ministry of Justice (Israel) for more on the contents.
