RA International (Ra International Group Plc, Companies House number 11252957) is a contractor to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) under the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). Companies House records it as incorporated on 13 March 2018, status "Active", nature of business "43999 - Other specialised construction activities not elsewhere classified", with registered office at 1 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7WS.[1][2] It is a named supplier on Lot 3 of the CSSF Framework Agreement 2023–27.[3] FCO and FCDO payments to it over £25,000 recorded in published departmental spending data total about £1,401,998; these figures cover all FCO/FCDO (and, after September 2020, former Department for International Development) programmes and are not limited to the CSSF.[4]

CSSF and other UK government work

RA International Group PLC announced in September 2023 that it had won a "minimum two-year global framework agreement with the FCDO" to provide operational support funded through the CSSF. It said the relevant sub-lot was valued "in aggregate, at a maximum of GBP 375m (over 2 years)". The work covers "providing and delivering operational and technical equipment to organisations in hostile environments in a Human Rights compliant manner", including "non-lethal aid and equipment" and advice on "UK and international military protocols, structures and practice in third party conflicts". Chief executive Soraya Narfeldt said the award followed earlier contracts with the Ministry of Defence's OSCC in 2022 and with the FCDO.[5] A separate company, R A International (UK) Ltd (08494931), appears in Companies House searches and is not connected to it.
